Abstract

The methods of cartographic representation of climate maps are multiple, as relying on two methods together in the production of one map The first method is represented in color gradients according to values from the highest to the lowest and the second method is represented in equal lines, and the research relied on the modern method of climate mapping through GIS and the adoption of the global climate database POWER by choosing (13) the location of a virtual space climate station distributed throughout the study area, to give accuracy and a better picture of the nature of the spatial variation between climatic elements Throughout the region.

The study found that the best methods in representing climate maps are those that combine gradients and equal lines because they give a high cognitive and aesthetic ability to the map.
