دور رأس المال الفكري في تحقيق الابداع التقني
(دراسة ميدانيه في شركة اسيا سيل للاتصالات النقال)

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الى دراسة دور رأس المال الفكري في تحقيق الابداع التقني من خلال اختبار نماذج العلاقة والاثر بينهما، إذ ان مشكلة الدراسة تجسدت بتساؤلات منها: هل يساهم رأس المال الفكري في تحقيق الابداع التقني؟ وما حقيقة العلاقة بينهما في الشركة المبحوثه؟، لذلك تمثلت عينة الدراسة من (30) موظفاً شملت جميع المدراء ومعاونيهم في المستويات الادارية العليا والوسطى والدنيا في شركة اسيا سيل للاتصالات النقال. وتم اعتماد الاستبانة كأداة قياس رئيسة للدراسة فضلاً عن المقابلات الشخصية لجمع البيانات، كذلك اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لعرض البيانات وتحليلها، فقد تم توظيف عدة اساليب احصائية لتحليل هذه البيانات ابرزها (معامل الارتباط (Pearson)، أسلوب تحليل الانحدار البسيط، اختبار F و t). ومن اهم الاستنتاجات التي توصلت لها الدراسة: اسهم رأس المال الفكري للشركة المبحوثه في التأثير على تحقق الابداع التقني. اما اهم التوصيات التي تقدمها الدراسة: ضرورة اهتمام الشركة بعلاقات بين الرؤساء والمرؤوسين وبعلاقاتها مع الزبائن لفهم احتياجاتهم بصوره اكبر بالإضافة بالاهتمام بالبحث والتطوير.
