سياسة الاتحاد السوفييتي الخارجية تجاه اليابان اثناء الحرب الاهلية الروسية (1918- 1925)

الملخص

عندما نجح البلاشفة في اعلان ثورتهم الاشتراكية في روسيا , وخرجوا من الحرب العالمية الاولى, بعد عقد الصلح مع المانيا عام 1918, وقفت دول الوفاق ضدهم , وفرضوا عليهم العزلة السياسية والاقتصادية , فضلاً عن قطع العلاقات الدبلوماسية , ولم يكتفوا بذلك , بل تدخلوا عسكرياً وبصورة مباشرة , واحتلوا اراضي روسية , وكانت اليابان واحدة من هذه الدول التي احتلت اراضي روسية وقطعت علاقاتها معها, لكن الحكومة السوفييتية الناشئة وجهت قواتها العسكرية المتمثلة بالجيش الاحمر لمواجهة التدخل الاجنبي من جهة , واتبعت سياسة خارجية تقوم على تحسين العلاقات مع كل دول العالم من جهة ثانية , لذلك عملت الحكومة الروسية الكثير لاعادة علاقاتها مع اليابان , وتوج ذلك بمعاهدة 1925 , لتنهي العزلة المفروضة عليها , وتسحب اليابان قواتها العسكرية من الاراضي الروسية .
