دور ممارسات إدارة المعرفة في تطبيق التحول الرقمي
(دراسة ميدانية على قطاع الأمن العام بمنطقة عسير)

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الي التعرف على دور ممارسات إدارة المعرفة في تطبيق التحول الرقمي لدى المدنيين بجهاز الامن العام، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من المدنيين بمنطقة عسير وبلغ عددهم (509) تم اخذ عينة عشوائية مقدارها ،اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتوصلت الدراسة الي العديد من النتائج منها وجود علاقة طردية بين ممارسات إدارة المعرفة والتحول الرقمي، يتم الاستفادة من ورش العمل المقامة في تبادل المعارف والخبرات كما يتم الاستفادة من تقنيات التحول الرقمي في تخزين المعرفة واوصت الي العديد من التوصيات منها الحرص الدائم على تقييم المعارف الموجودة والمخزنة بهدف تحديثها؛ لتصبح دائمًا صالحة للاستخدام، وتواكب التغييرات في العمل وفي البيئة المحيطة، تدريب الموظفين بصورة دورية حول برامج التحول الإلكتروني التي تقوم إدارة جهاز الأمن باعتمادها لتنفيذ عملياتها.
