الطلاب الدوليون في مؤسسات التعليم العالي في روسيا الاتحادية

الملخص
شهدت سنوات العقود الأخيرة ازديادًا مضطردًا لأعداد الطلاب الدوليين في مؤسسات التعليم العالي حول العالم. و تستضيف الدول الغربية الناطقة بالإنجليزية مثل الولايات المتحدة والمملكة المتحدة وكندا وأستراليا معظم الطلاب الدوليين. وفي السنوات القليلة الأخيرة نجحت الجامعات في روسيا في جذب عدد كبير من الطلاب الدوليين؛ لتصبح روسيا سادس أكبر دولة في العالم من حيث وجود الطلاب الدوليين في مؤسساتها الجامعية، وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى اكتشاف الدوافع والخبرات والتحديات للطلاب الدوليين في روسيا الاتحادية من خلال مراجعة منهجية للأدبيات المنشورة عن الطلاب الدوليين في روسيا، وقد اُستخدمت هذه المنهجية؛ لمناسبتها لهدف الدراسة وضمان مستوى أكبر من الدقة والعمق والموضوعية، وقد وضع الباحث عددًا من المعايير لاختيار الدراسات المستخدمة في هذه الورقة البحثية لضمان الجودة وعدم التحيز، وبعد مراجعة للأدبيات بعمق حُللت وصُنفت المعلومات إلى ثلاثة ثيمات وكل ثيم يحتوي على عدد من العناوين الفرعية ووصل إجمالي عدد الموضوعات إلى 20 موضوعًا يتعلق بخبرات وتجارب الطلاب الدوليين في روسيا، ووجدت الدراسة أن الطلاب الدوليين في روسيا اختاروا الدراسة والعيش في روسيا لأسباب عديدة من أبرزها انخفاض الرسوم الدراسية والمعيشية في روسيا مقارنة بالدول الغربية الأخرى. كما واجه الطلاب الدوليون عددًا من التحديات اللغوية والدراسية والاجتماعية والنفسية والاقتصادية.
