(دراسة استكشافية لوعي طلبة الجامعة بحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة واحتياجاتهم التعليمية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات)
الملخص
تنبع أهمية هذه الدراسة من أن وعي طلبة الجامعة بالإعاقة، على المستويين المعرفي والحقوقي، يُعدّ مدخلًا مؤسسيًا للتدخل يسهم في تعزيز الإتاحة والتمكين، وتحسين جودة البيئة الجامعية للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى وعي طلبة المرحلة الجامعية بخصائص الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وحقوقهم، والكشف عن الفروق في هذا الوعي تبعًا لمتغيرات: الكلية، المستوى الدراسي، الالتحاق بمقرر في الإعاقة، ووجود قريب/صديق من ذوي الإعاقة، إضافةً إلى استعراض مقترحات الطلبة لتحسين البيئة الجامعية والخدمات المساندة. اعتمدت علـي المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت أداة الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من (120) طالبة بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز مع التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. أظهرت النتائج ارتفاع مستوى الوعي الكلي (متوسط = 3.41، بانحراف معياري = 0.21)، مع تفوق وعي “الخصائص” (3.46) على وعي “الحقوق” (3.36). كما ظهرت فروق دالة إحصائيًا لصالح طالبات الكليات الإنسانية والصحية/الطبية مقارنةً بالتربوية، ولصالح المستويات الدراسية الأعلى، ولصالح من التحقوا بمقرر في الإعاقة، ومن لديهم قريب من ذوي الإعاقة. وفي ضوء ذلك توصي الدراسة بتعزيز الوعي الحقوقي بصورة مؤسسية، وإدراج متطلب جامعي إلزامي حول الإعاقة وحقوقها، والتدخل التوعوي المبكر، وتوسيع الخبرات التفاعلية المباشرة، إلى جانب تحسين الخدمات المقدمة لذوي الإعاقة داخل الجامعات.
