تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الإنتاج العلمي المتعلق بتعليم اللغة العربية كلغة أجنبية باستخدام تقنيات التعلّم بمساعدة الحاسوب (CALL)، مع التركيز على العدالة الرقمية والفجوة التقنية في البيئات التعليمية. اعتمد البحث منهجًا مزدوجًا يجمع بين التحليل الببليومتري الكمي والمنهج النوعي المفاهيمي، استنادًا إلى بيانات مستخرجة من قاعدة Google Scholar عبر برنامج Publish or Perish، للفترة الممتدة بين 1990 و2025. وقد شملت العيّنة 340 دراسة ، مما يعكس نضج هذا الحقل البحثي واتساع أثره الأكاديمي. وأظهرت النتائج أن أبرز الموضوعات تناولت: فعالية CALL في تعلّم العربية والإنجليزية لغةً أجنبية، مواقف المعلّمين وتحدّيات التنفيذ، التطور التقني (التعلّم بمساعدة تفنيات المحمول، الذكاء الاصطناعي، التلعيب)، المخرجات المعرفية واللغوية، والأبعاد الثقافية والسياقية. ورغم هذا التنوع، كشفت الدراسة عن ضعف الاهتمام بقضايا العدالة الرقمية، إذ تبيّن أن الأبحاث التي تناولت الفجوة التقنية والإنصاف في الوصول إلى التكنولوجيا التعليمية لا تتجاوز 25٪ من مجموع الدراسات. كما أن معظمها ما زال في طوره الوصفي ولا يتبنّى مقارباتٍ تجريبية أو مقارنة.
خلصت الدراسة إلى أن نجاح تعليم العربية رقميًا لا يرتبط بالأدوات التقنية فحسب، بل بمدى تكامل التكنولوجيا مع السياق الثقافي والتربوي، وضمان العدالة في فرص التعلّم. وتقترح الدراسة نموذجًا تربويًا هجينًا يجمع بين الأصالة اللغوية والعدالة الرقمية، ويستند إلى مبادئ التكامل الإنساني–التقني، بما يعزّز استدامة تعليم العربية في البيئات الإفريقية والعالمية.
