واقع الإبداع الريادي في الجامعات السعودية
(دراسة ميدانية على جامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل)

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة توافر متطلبات الإبداع الريادي ودرجة أهميته لدى القيادات الأكاديمية في جامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل. ولتحقيق ذلك اُستخدم المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة لجمع البيانات، وطُبِّقت على عينة بلغ عددها (82) قائداً أكاديمياً، وتم معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية (SPSS)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعةٍ من النتائج: توفر الإبداع الريادي بدرجة متوسطة، في حين كانت درجة أهميته عالية، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين درجة التوافر ودرجة الأهمية لصالح درجة الأهمية، مع وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في درجة الأهمية لمتغير "سنوات الخدمة" لصالح "أكثر من 10 سنوات" مقابل "أقل من 5 سنوات". وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعةٍ من التوصيات، من أهمها: النظر في معيقات تطبيق الإبداع الريادي في الجامعات، واكتشاف مسبباتها، ومحاولة جعل ذلك فرصة ريادية مستثمرة.
