The Mechanism for Choosing Iraqi Prime Minister According of the Iraqi Constitution 2005
(An analytical study)
Abstract
This research discusses a very serious situation that we observed recently, the events that occurred in Iraq during the choice of the Iraqi Prime Minister and the different mechanism for nominating the Prime Minister-designate stipulated in Article 76 of the Iraqi Constitution of 2005, as it indicated that it should be the selection of the Prime Minister-designate during the period in which The constitution specified it, but unfortunately in the recent events that Iraq went through and through the selection of ministers who were assigned, there were violations of the aforementioned article and that if we refer to Article 13 of the Iraqi constitution, the article has indicated that the constitution is the supreme and supreme law in Iraq and is binding on everyone and without No exception. Unfortunately, we are witnessing these abuses that we are witnessing in our society, which requires us to study this problem and at the same time we must explain what are the reasons behind it in order to reach the most important recommendations and proposals that guide us not to violate the constitution.
