The Role of Administrative Control on Improving The Performance of Teaching Staff
(An Epricial Study Of The Perspectives Of A Sample Of The Teaching Staff At The Technical Institute In Erbil)
Abstract
This paper aims to determine the levels of administrative control by identifying the nature of the correlational and the impact between the Administrative Control represented by (the effectiveness of administrative control, the objectives of administrative control, and the means of administrative control) and the performance of the teaching staff represented by (Performance evaluation, quality of performance, motivation of employees) collectively and separately through field testing of study variables based on the descriptive analytical approach. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire form prepared for this purpose was designed and developed and distributed to a sample of the teaching staff in the Technical Institute in the city of Erbil and their number reached (50) teaching staff, in order to verify the assumptions that were adopted in the research. The study found that there is a positive correlation and an impact between the administrative control and the performance of the teaching staff at the macro and sub-level. Several recommendations related to the practical aspect have been developed, the most important of which is the need for continuous work in uncovering the causes of errors and deviations, and in identifying defects or weaknesses in the business implementation process, which makes administrative control important for managing any organization that wants to succeed in achieving its goals.
