The Hajjajia Ranks in the Ayat of Villages and Cities in the Holy Qur’an

Abstract

Peacefulness or hierarchy occupies a prominent place in the ancient Arabic linguistic activity, and a central position in the treatment of semantic and deliberative language systems , and this means that stairs theory is not a heresy to other linguistic disciplines , if we go back to the topics of rhetoric, exegesis, logic, and the fundamentals of jurisprudence, we will find many signs transmitted at their junctures that cannot be underestimated , as for why this research specifically ? Because we believe that the traditional texts make the major textual structures a subject for them in the treatment of various phenomena, that is, they face a linguistic unit greater than the sentence to demonstrate the desired significance of the Qur’an text , for example, the purists were collectors of analytical tools and scientific conditions to find out the meaning inherent in the Qur’anic text through the classification of Shari’a rulings , such as orders and prohibitions, the copyist and the abrogated and the resulting rules and provisions , they were exposed to the semantic dualities that they put under the titles of duty and forbidden, and what falls under this classification of degrees, such as the representative, the disliked and the permissible.If we move from the fundamentalist research to the rhetorical research, we find that the hierarchy in the classification of some matters of rhetoric constitutes a fundamental axis in dividing the types of analogy and including it within a certain pacifism, such as the transmission metaphor, eloquent simile, etc, in addition to that the ranks of the Prophet’s hadith, such as the recurrent Hadith , the Ones and the Dilemma, the deliberative people, especially Decro, have worked to draw this topic to the argumentative domain, as it gave it a completely new meaning through the hierarchy of arguments and their gradation in terms of strength and weakness and their prominence to reach the desired result. Peacefulness among the deliberative people took multiple forms, including the ascending, descending and cumulative ranks. The research has shown that the orbital process is not entrusted to the news content and the extent of its conformity to the state of things in the universe, but rather is dependent on the choice of this argument, or that of a specific outcome , therefore, judging the argument is not subject to considerations of truthfulness and deceit, but rather a graduation based on strength and weakness, taking into account the intention of the speaker and the purpose of the researcher, which is an important factor in determining the direction of the ranks, upward or downward.
