Abstract

Thermochromic treatments are most appropriate for textiles by screen printing using printing formulations with coloring agents, and it must be taken into account that it cannot necessarily be assumed that materials will behave like natural coloring materials because they do not have comparable levels of stability.

Research aims :

1- Determining the characteristics of the thermochromic treatment and methods of applying it to the tissue.

2- Treating children's clothing fabrics with the thermochromic property using dyeing processes.

3- Treating children's clothing fabrics with the thermochromic property using printing processes.

4- Using parts of fabrics treated with the thermochromic feature in children's clothes in the cradle stage.

5- Measuring the effect of the thermochromic treatment on the natural and mechanical properties (before / after) of the fabrics of children's clothes in the cradle stage, in accordance with international standards.

The results of the laboratory tests were analyzed to measure the effect of the thermochromic treatment on the natural and mechanical properties before / after the fabrics of children's clothes in the cradle stage, according to international standards.

I recommend searching:

1- The use of chrome and heat materials in the design of smart and functional clothes that change color as the body temperature rises above the normal range.

2- The necessity of the availability of chromo-thermal materials in the form of embroidery threads and accessories (such as buttons and beads) in order to better use them to add multiple aesthetic and functional values in the field of fashion design.

3- Encouraging researchers to study:

  • Properties of thermo inks from Leuco derivatives to improve their resistance to ultraviolet rays.
  • Partial systems of compounds that make up thermal ink, in order to increase the list of available colors, and thus the possibility of increasing more color effects.
