Training Outputs in Higher Education and the Requirements of the Professional Horizon in Algeria

Abstract

 The partnership between the university and the labor market institutions has developed rapidly and growing during our time, and this is for the great benefit that each party finds in its partnership with the other, in light of the globalization of the international economy, the intensification of competition and the great need to control rapidly developing technology. The partnership methodologies and its mechanisms have varied, and through this element we will address the benefits of partnership and its most important methodology and mechanisms. Through this research, we seek to analyze the different forms of the relationship between the university and its surroundings - the labor market - by searching for these mechanisms. Relationship, partnership and exposure to some scientific experiences whose role is to provide models for other countries to keep up with, including the Algerian League and the Algerian Foundation and the mechanism for linking them. The production of outputs to receive the economic system - the economic institution, the latter which is in urgent need to strengthen this relationship.
