Suggested Designs for Sports Uniforms for Middle School Students in Light of The Aesthetic and Functional Requirements
Abstract
Sports school uniform is one of the important things that attract students' interest, especially that students in the early stages of the process have a great interest in sportswear, as many of them are related to sports and sports. Best performance while doing sports. There are many requirements associated with competitive sports in light of the great development of organizing the exercise of sports, and one of the most important organizational matters associated with practicing sports is the sports uniform, as sportswear is one of the most important requirements for sporting activities for all games.
The research aims to:
The aim of the current research is to create sports uniforms for middle school students in general education, through:
1- Determining the aesthetic and functional requirements for school sports uniforms for middle school students in general education.
2- Developing design proposals for school sportswear to fulfill students' desires for school sportswear functionally and aesthetically.
3- Knowing the opinions of the research sample on the proposed designs.
The research found:
1- There are statistically significant differences between the ten proposed designs for school sports uniforms in achieving the functional aspect according to the opinions of specialists.
2- The presence of statistically significant differences between the ten proposed designs for school sports uniforms in achieving the aesthetic aspect, according to the opinions of specialists.
3- There are statistically significant differences between the ten proposed designs for school sports uniforms, according to the opinions of specialists.
4- There are statistically significant differences between the ten proposed designs for school sports uniforms according to the students ’opinions.
The research recommended:
1- Use of (FEA) model for designing functional clothes to contribute to helping the designer to include functional design for functional and aesthetic requirements.
2- Paying attention to the aesthetic appearance when designing school clothes, especially sports, as clothing aspirations have varied with time.
3- Connecting between scientific research bodies and the Ministry of Education in order to benefit from the results of specialized research in school uniforms.
4- Implementing one of the proposed designs most acceptable to students and specialists in the proposed material and measuring its suitability.
5-Conducting more research and scientific studies in the design of sportswear.
