Economic Intelligence and its Role in Protecting Information Assets
Abstract
The concept of economic intelligence has been closely linked to information systems and their protection, and thus it constitutes one of the important tools in managing and protecting information in the modern world, because the process of obtaining information illegally has become security, economic and political threats to the sovereignty and independence of states, and hence the existence of systems Sophisticated protection based on economic intelligence systems that constitute a preventive and protective barrier that contributes in one way or another to facing economic challenges and protecting the national economy. From this point of view, we will try in this paper to address the most important elements associated with economic intelligence, information protection systems, and how economic intelligence contributes to protecting information.
