Commitment to Patient Insight
(A comparative study)
Abstract
The study aims to clarify the patient’s treating physician’s insight into the nature of treatment and its alternatives to obtain approval expressing his sound will. With the doctor, here the doctor does not bear the responsibility. Civil liability arises from the existence of a legal obligation to inform the patient and the failure to implement this obligation or the attending physician’s improper implementation or delay in its implementation, and the existence of damage resulting from the therapeutic intervention
The study concluded that the commitment to the insight contract as one of the requirements of the medical treatment contract amounts to a moral duty that the legislator is keen to maintain, not only for the benefit of the patient, but to control the medical profession as a human activity closely related to public order.
And I concluded that a law must be legislated outlining the rights and obligations of both the doctor and the patient, so that it is a way and a bond for everyone who has been harmed as a result of surgical operations, and that compensation is just and based on general rules and on the ethics of the medical profession and based on a decision from the competent courts and giving preliminary legal information from responsibility Medical colleges in the faculties of medicine, pharmacy, dentistry and all medical institutes provide insight to their students by the rule of law and related to their medical activities.
