Areas of Practice of Administrative Freedom and its Impact on the Development of the Manager’s Personal Skills

Abstract

The current study, which is interested in shedding light on administrative freedom and its impact on the development of the manager’s personal skills, seeks to measure the impact of administrative practices in various organizational fields (administrative functions, organizational structure, leadership, human resource management, communication and building human relations, organizational effectiveness, knowledge management, learning, Organizational culture, information, technology) and the development of the manager’s personal skills (strength in making decisions, skill in conflict management, communication skills and people management, professionalism, ambition for a higher position, skills in time management).

With the aim of clarifying the role of administrative freedom and its practice within the organization in administrative and specialized functions by enhancing the skills and abilities of the managerial personality of the manager. The study relied on a questionnaire method distributed to (40) directors of the General Directorate of Education / Rusafa II. The research sample in order to test the hypotheses, the researcher then came up with a set of conclusions and recommendations, which are necessary to carry out the activity of the General Directorate of Education.
